X1 Foldable

Overview

The X1 is the module everything else is built from: a foldable 20-foot unit with a black steel frame, wood-look wall panels, a glass entry door and a picture window. It arrives folded flat on a standard truck, unfolds on site, and folds down again when you need it somewhere else. Far lighter than a 15,000-pound steel container and faster to produce than a conventional container home. Fitted out as a bunkhouse with a mini-split, it is the unit running as nightly rental cabins at Jellystone Park™ Zion. Order it in wood-look or white for living, or in color panels with a steel door and barred window for a guard shack, starter dwelling, or community and disaster housing.
