Home and accessory prices are final at the time you order. Delivery is either a confirmed rate-card price or a quote confirmed by our team. Sales tax depends on your delivery address. You will not be able to pay until every mandatory charge is known.

Delivery prices are estimates until confirmed by our team. Final delivery pricing depends on road distance, permits and site access.

Choose “Apply for financing” at checkout. You will see who the provider is, what they collect and whether the inquiry affects your credit before anything is submitted. If approved and you accept the terms, a $4,000 down payment is collected and applied toward your total; the balance is financed.

No. Decisions are made by the financing provider. If an application is pending or not approved, your configuration is saved and you can pay in full or contact us.

Yes. An itemized receipt showing the home, accessories, delivery, tax, the amount paid and any remaining balance is emailed after each payment.
