About us
Tiny homes, built for real life.
We started with a problem: an RV resort that needed housing faster than conventional building could deliver. Our answer was a small, well-made unit a family of modest means could call home.
Those first units grew into requests for larger and more distinctive designs, and the business became a benchmark for pre-manufactured, foldable modular units with a multitude of uses.
Every unit can take a bathroom, shower, kitchen, cabinetry and wardrobes. Units stack and combine into larger rooms, storage and living areas.
They have housed communities after natural disasters and in humanitarian relief. Closer to home, they run as nightly rental bunkhouse cabins at Jellystone Park™ Zion.
Today we export fast-installing, foldable tiny homes, ADUs and cottage getaways worldwide, with customization on every standard model so each client's vision comes to life.
