What you choose
Every custom home starts with six decisions.
Layout
One open room, one or two bedrooms, or a loft. Walls go where you want them.
Kitchen & bath
Full kitchen or kitchenette, and a bathroom sized for how you'll use the home.
Finishes
Wood-look or painted siding outside; flooring, cabinets and fixtures inside.
Glazing
Full-height glass walls, sliding doors, picture windows, or a private, solid wall.
Decks & rooflines
Ground decks, rooftop terraces with stairs, covered porches and slatted screens.
Joining & stacking
Two units side by side for width, or stacked with a balcony for a second story.
